Case Study 2 - Status Survey St Michael's Mount Causeway, Cornwall

Problem 
A Housing department was required to undertake tenant satisfaction surveys. In the past they had used an outside Agency who sent out the surveys, analysed the results and provided the department with answers to predefined questions. The department wished to have access to all of the survey data so that they could perform their own queries.

Solution
Labels with the tenant name and address and a barcode of the Tenancy reference were produced, adhered to the survey form and sent. When the survey form was returned it is scanned, automatically indexed and routed to a special Intray. The forms are passed through an ICR process to interprete the results which can be stored and analysed using Reporting software.

Bonus
The department have all of the survey data available for analysis.
