Causeway in Local Government

Causeway have been dealing with Local Government since the company was founded in 1993. Many of the Application Solutions have been developed in conjunction with Local Authorities to meet their changing requirements and to integrate closely with departmental Application Systems.

Our CRM solution records customer interactions by telephone, at front desk or by email. Web contact is provided through our Self Serve module. Both systems provide access to customer information stored in the document management and departmental application systems. Calls are automatically passed to our Document Management System.

Our Document Management solution manages and controls the flow of in-bound and out-bound correspondence including scanned documents, letters, emails, Electronic Forms and Calls passed from our CRM and Web based applications. Both solutions can be used corporately or within individual departments.

In Finance Invoices can be viewed and authorised on-line. Coding information can be verified against the accounts system.

In Planning our Web Doc Server allows controlled access to documents held with our document management system.

In General Services information captured on Electronic Forms is e-mailed directly to an external service provider.
